What Is PDF Manager?
PDF Manager is an all-in-one tool to organize and clean PDFs. Add single or multiple files, or a whole folder, then choose actions: remove scripts, flatten fillable forms, delete images, remove blank pages, compress, set an expiry date, or extract font names. Process in bulk and download results — optionally with folder hierarchy preserved in a ZIP.
Everything runs in your browser. Your files are never uploaded. No Adobe Acrobat or other software is required. Use it on Windows or Mac to manage PDFs securely and quickly.
Why Use PDF Manager
Remove scripts, flatten forms, delete images, compress, and more — all in one place, 100% private.
Remove Scripts & Flatten Forms
Erase JavaScript and other scripts from PDFs before sharing. Flatten fillable forms so fields become static content and the document cannot be re-edited, ideal for confidential or final versions.
Delete Images & Blank Pages
Remove all images from PDFs in one go, or strip empty and blank pages. Great for cleaning up scans and reducing file size without losing text.
Compress & Reduce Size
Compress PDFs to reduce file size while keeping content readable. Process large batches without uploading to any server — everything runs in your browser.
Files or Folders in Bulk
Add single or multiple PDF files, or select an entire folder. All files and subfolders appear in the list; choose which ones to process and export only selected data.
100% Private, No Adobe
Runs entirely in your browser. Your PDFs never leave your device. No Adobe Acrobat or third-party installs required. Works on Windows and Mac.
Set Expiry & Extract Fonts
Set an expiry date in PDF metadata for time-sensitive sharing. Extract font names from PDFs into a text file — useful when you need to identify fonts used in a document.
How to Use PDF Manager
Add files or a folder, pick actions, then process and download.
