EULA — End User License Agreement

Notice to Users

This End User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and OnlinePCTools governing your access to and use of our website, tools, and related services. By accessing or using the Service, you accept this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Definitions

Restrictions

• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code from the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Circumvent access limits or technical protections.
• Use automated systems to access the Service excessively.

Intellectual Property

OnlinePCTools and its licensors own all rights in the Service. You retain all rights to your files; we do not claim ownership of your data.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Use at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnlinePCTools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you paid nothing.

Term and Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach. Refunds for paid plans are governed by our Refund Policy.
