No. All processing happens entirely in your browser using JavaScript. CSV and TSV files are read as text; Excel files are parsed with the open-source SheetJS library. Your data is never sent to any server.
Q3. Can I view Excel files with multiple sheets?
Yes. When you open an XLSX or XLS workbook with multiple sheets, clickable tabs appear above the table so you can switch between sheets.
Q4. How does the search work?
The search box filters rows in real time. Any row that contains the search term (case-insensitive) in any cell is shown. The count updates automatically.
Q5. Is there a file size limit?
There is no hard limit, but very large files (tens of megabytes) may take a moment to parse and render. For best performance, files under 10 MB work smoothly.
Q6. Does it handle quoted CSV fields?
Yes. The parser correctly handles fields enclosed in double quotes, including fields that contain commas or newlines within quotes.
