How do I merge multiple PST files into one?

Add all your PST files (or a folder containing them), optionally exclude deleted items and junk and enable remove duplicates, then click Merge PST Files. The tool outputs one MBOX file that you can import into Outlook.

Can I merge without duplicates?

Yes. Enable the Remove Duplicates option so items with the same From, Subject, and Date are merged only once.

Can I exclude deleted items and junk?

Yes. Use the Exclude Deleted Items and Exclude Junk Folder options so only the mail you want is included in the merged file.

Do I need Outlook installed?

No. The merge runs in your browser. To import the result into Outlook, you need Outlook only when opening the downloaded MBOX (e.g. via File > Open).

Does it work on Windows 11?
